Anibal Katayama: Do it yourself it is not that hard. Get a repair manual from the local auto parts store for $20 and read about it. If you can't do it after that then seek out a professional. Most CV joints come as an assembly that bolt on to the transmission. A couple of special tools will probably be needed but in the end you will save a lot of money. Plan for 4 hours for the job but don't be surprised if you get in done in less than 2 hours.
